Carlene E. Treffner, longtime resident and employee of Long Beach, joined her family in Heaven on September 10, 2018. She was born in Joplin, MO, and grew up in Ventura, CA.
Carla was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Treffner; her daughter, Caryn Treffner; her father, Kenneth Dickerson; and her mother, Estelle Stubblefield.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Gann (Jim Peek); her sister and brother of the heart, Anna and Sassy Mellen; and her beloved, Haley.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, September 14, 2018, at Long Beach City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Long Beach Police Department Animal Control Division, 201 Jeff Davis Ave. Long Beach, MS 39560
