Candace Ann Jackson, age 30, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2015. She was born in Ogden, Utah and moved to Gulfport, MS in 1993. Candace was a graduate of Harrison Central High school in 2003.
Candace is survived by her daughter, Kayla Marie Moses; her parents, Mark A. Jackson, and Lori C. Weiher; her sisters, Bricklie Bertagtiolli, Brindie Bennett, Ashley Hoye, and Lindsey Hoye; her brother, Mitchell Hoye and his fiancé Emily Haig; her grandparents, Robert and Jackie Jackson, Ursula Piechotta, Lee and Beverly Weiher; and she was loved by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and Godparents.
Kayla best describes her mother as funny and loving. There are so many words to describe Candace, adventurous, artistic, creative and had such a love of life with her friends and family. She was well known for her ""War Eagles"" and Mardi Gras season. Candace never met a stranger. She accomplished so much in her short time with us with all of her volunteer work for various causes.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at St Joseph's Catholic Church in Gulfport, MS. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport is serving the family.
