Calvin Poupart, age 88, peacefully passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jackie Poupart; his son, Joey Poupart; his sister, Eola Ball; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Calvin retired as Partner/Owner of Poupart & Ball Contractors of Long Beach. He was partners with Al Ball in that business for over 40 years. He also retired as the Long Beach Harbor Master and loved spending time at the harbor.
He was a believer and a member of Long Beach First Methodist Church.
Those friends and family members wishing to fellowship and remember his life are invited to the Stringer Pier at the Long Beach Harbor on Friday evening at 5:30 p.m. for a short service. Dress is as causal as you'd like.
