Bubby Hoda

Dewey Vincent ""Bubby"" Hoda, Jr, age 59, of Kiln, passed away on February 13, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dewey V. Hoda, Sr. and his son, Brian ""BB"" Hoda.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Marlene Breaux Hoda, his mother, Aline Hoda, his children, Amanda, Alyssa, and Ethan (Yulian), his daughter-in-law, Megan Hoda, his grandchildren, Bailey, Mckaylin, Liam, and Fisher, his brothers, Martin ""Lewis"" (Kateri), Gene (Joye), Wayne, Michael, and Quentin, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
He was a native and lifelong resident of the coast and graduated from St. Stanislaus in 1974. He worked at DuPont over 30 years and retired as a training specialist. He was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus Council 7087, and he enjoyed gardening, listening to music, NASCAR, and anything to do with Ole Miss Athletics.
Visitation will be on Monday, February 15, 2016, from 6 - 9 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am Tuesday at St. Matthew Catholic Church, White Cypress where visitation will be from 10 - 11 am. Interment will be in St. Matthew Cemetery.
