Bobby Bourque, 17, of Gulfport, MS, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016.
Bobby was a soon to be Navy sailor who graduated from Camp Shelby Military School and had scored high on his ASFAB. A lover of music, he played in the North Gulfport band and passed his love of music onto his niece and nephews, as he was very involved in their lives. He also enjoyed helping those he didn't know and could be found in the rooms of Narcotics Anonymous meetings in Gulfport just to give support and a listening ear to those in need of it even though he never suffered from the disease of addiction. He had compassion in his heart for anyone who was hurt, suffering and felt alone. He was a role model that many people would strive to emulate. He was a mature, responsible, loving soul who is missed each and every day by anyone who has been blessed enough to know him in their lives. The world has truly lost a selfless man, and he may have left in body, but he will never be forgotten as he lives on in the people he touched.
Bobby was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Wall, and his uncle, Randy Wall.
Survivors include his mother, Rhonda Wall; his father, Harvard Bourque, three sisters, Jessica Clark, Draven Leonard and Charlotte Bourque; his grandmother, Linda Metze; a niece, Judith Clark; and nephews, Gauge and Logan Clark.
