Bobbie Rolison

Bobbie Faye Rolison, age 81, passed away Monday, October 26, 2015.
Mrs. Rolison was born in Quitman and was a resident of Perkinston. She was an expert seamstress and had worked at Maybelle's for 20 years. She was also a Certified Nursing Assistant who took great pride in caring for everyone. She enjoyed crocheting, cross stitching, and quilting and was a great cook. Homemade biscuits with a ""pinch of this and a pinch of that"" were a specialty. Lovingly referred to as Nannie Faye, Mrs. Rolison truly was a very special lady.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Roy Rolison; her sons, Bill and Jimmy Rolison; and her parents, Chester and Vinnie Day.
Ms. Rolison is survived by her children, Bonnie (David) McMurtry of Saucier, Gaylon (Kim) Rolison of Gulfport, Ann (Mike) Gray of Perkinston, Greg (Sylvia) Rolison of Perkinston, and Chris (Linda) Rolison of Saucier; her 14 grandchildren; her 27 great grandchildren; and Buttercup.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015, from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM at Faithview Baptist Church, 24073 Church Ave, Saucier, MS, 39574, with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM in the chapel. Following the funeral service, a graveside service will be held at Stroud Cemetery in Quitman, MS, at 3:30 PM.
