Billye Feemster

Billye Jo Feemster, age 79, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019 peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family

Billye Jo was a bright, outgoing woman who never met a stranger she couldn’t talk to, befriending everyone she met.  She was artistic, enjoyed painting, making beautiful jewelry and spending time with her family and friends.  She was extraordinarily proud of her children, and cherished her six grandchildren, and 3 great granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray L. Feemster; parents, Clarence Mulligan and Goldia Miller Mulligan; sister, Glenda Holcomb.

She is survived by her children, Terri Simmons (Cecil), Vickie Simmons, Daniel Feemster (Angela) and Rhonda Feemster (Azucena); brother, Michael C. Mulligan (Sharon), grandchildren, Amy Carter (Kyle), Mitchell Simmons, Steven Beard (Rebecca), Jamie Simmons, Kyle Feemster, and Anna Feemster; great-grandchildren, Addalyn Carter, Bailee Carter, and Skylar Beard; two loving  nephews, Michael Mulligan and John Mulligan.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 20, 2019 12:00PM until 1:00PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, December 20, 2019 in the funeral home chapel.
