Billie Jo Louise (Vuyovich) Robertson, age 76, of Biloxi, Mississippi, passed away on April 24, 2026.
Billie was born on December 30, 1949, in Biloxi, Mississippi, to Jack and Louise Vuyovich, Sr. Throughout her life, she devoted herself to caring for others, serving as a secretary, teacher’s assistant, homemaker, and most importantly, as a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
She took great pride in her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren, and cherished family celebrations and vacations, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Billie was known for her incredible coastal cooking and delighted in sharing meals with those she loved most. She found joy in photographing local scenes, birdwatching, and appreciating the beauty of God’s creation.
Billie is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, Jud Robertson; her parents, Jack and Louise Vuyovich, Sr.; her daughter, Stacy (Frank) Brooks; and her beloved grandchildren, Aidan and Madi. She is also survived by her sisters, Cindy (Harold) Knotts, Peggy (Douglas) Gollott, and June (Phillip) Bond, along with a host of cherished nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Jan Vuyovich; her brother, Jack Vuyovich, Jr.; and her precious nephew, Conner Bond.
Visitation for family will be held on Friday, May 1, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by visitation for friends from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Funeral services will begin at 11:30 AM in the sanctuary of Northside Assembly of God at 14901 Lemoyne Blvd., Biloxi, MS.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northside Assembly of God.
Billie will be remembered for her tremendous faith, generous heart, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
