Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Betty Jane Tracy, age 88, passed away on October 11, 2017. She was a resident of Diamondhead, MS.
Betty was preceded in death by her dearly loved husband, Patrick and daughter, Patricia. She is survived by her three sons, Patrick, Jr., Michael and Glenn, as well as ten loving grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Betty was born and lived in New Orleans, LA before retiring to Diamondhead in 1987. She graduated from Holy Angels Academy and had a long and successful career as a legal secretary.
Betty and Pat jointly retired to Diamondhead where they relished their 60 years of marriage, as Betty pursued her avid appreciation for gardening, crocheting, craftwork, dancing and social gatherings. The highlight of their life together was the celebration and blessing of their 50th wedding anniversary by His Holiness Pope John Paul II.
Betty's funeral mass will be on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 9062 Kiln-Delisle Road, Pass Christian, MS 39571 at 3:00 p.m. Her private family burial will be in the All Saints Mausoleum at Lake-Lawn Cemetery in New Orleans.
