Betty Sue Montgomery Slamans, age 79, of Gulfport, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2014.
Mrs. Slamans was born in Arkansas to Aldon Baxter and Ruby Pierce Montgomery. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother and was deeply loved.
She was preceded in death by parents and her son-in-law, Darrell Lott.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Billy Harold Slamans of Gulfport; children, Cari Lee Lott of Oceanside, CA, Billy Harold Slamans, Jr., Alan Dale Slamans, and David Ray Slamans, all of Gulfport; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
Burial will be in Bono, Arkansas at Herman Cemetery on Thursday, January 16, 2014, at 2:00 p.m.
