Betty Jean Prewett, age 75, of Pass Christian, MS, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kirby and Martha Twitty; her sisters, Joanne, Vera, Linda, Marlene; and her beloved companion, Peanut.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Charles P. Prewett, Sr. of Pass Christian; her children, Debra Green (husband, Mike), Betty Jean Whittemore (husband, Gary), Charles Prewett, Jr. (wife, Darlene); and 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2014, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2014.
Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
