Betty Carol Ladner

Betty Carol Ladner, age 62, of Kiln, MS, passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit J. Ladner; her father, Huey Cuevas Sr., and her sister, Linda Gay Cuevas.
She is survived by her children, Kendrick J. (Alicia) Ladner of Prairieville, LA and Kandice (Keith) Corr of Kiln, MS; her siblings, Huey (Sheila) Cuevas Jr. of Pass Christian, MS and Reba (Kelvin ""Joey"") Cuevas Ladner of Kiln, MS; and her three grandchildren, Cooper Corr, Tatum Ladner and Kale Ladner.
Betty retired from Hancock County School System and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Dedeaux. She was a loving, caring, nurturing wife, mother, and grandmother. Betty loved having grandchildren around her and cared for them deeply.
The family would like to express a special thank you to her cardiologist, Dr. Bassam Baroudi.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln-DeLisle Road, Pass Christian. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Dedeaux with a visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Alphonse Malley Cemetery.
