Betty DeBord, age 87 of Long Beach, died on Saturday, November 29, 2014, in Keystone Heights, FL.
Mrs. DeBord had been a resident of Long Beach since July 1969. She was employed for many years with the Long Beach School District and was a member of North Long Beach Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oral & Leola Crapser; her husband, Thomas H. DeBord; her brothers, Faye Crapser and Larry Crapser and a great grandson, Jeffrey Parker.
Mrs. DeBord is survived by her children, Dennis (Heather) DeBord of Long Beach, Debra (Michael) Myers of Gulfport and DeeAnn (Mike) Broadwell of Keystone Heights, FL; her brothers, Maynard Casper of Long Beach and Donald (Jeanette) Crapser of Brookings, SD and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at 11am at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Cemetery in Long Beach.
