Bernice Taylor

Bernice Breland “BeBe” Taylor, age 88, passed away June 19, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara “Azzie” Overstreet; her father Commadore Breland; 2 brothers, Doug and VL; 4 sisters, Jackie, Neil, Elouise, and Maxine; her husband, Sidney L Taylor; her son, William D. Stiglet.

BeBe is survived by her daughters, Patsy Adams, Virginia Donald (Danny), and Brenda Cox; 2 bonus daughters, Cathy and Connie; siblings, Jo Breland, Gean Breland, and Charles Breland; 13 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; 48 great-great grandchildren; and 1 great great great granddaughter; all of whom were her favorite.

BeBe was a native to Hattiesburg, MS and a current resident of Gulfport, MS. She was a minister of the gospel of Jesus. BeBe enjoyed fishing, singing and loving her family. She was a member of the Petal Spiritual Life Church of God and attended Bel-Aire Baptist Church.

Visitation will be 10-11am, Friday, June 24, 2022, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport. A funeral service is after the visitation at 11am. Interment will be at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
