Aubrey Lee Irwin, Age 76, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015 after a long illness. He was born January 8, 1939 in Brenton, AL. He was involved with the Boy Scouts of America for over 50 years and he served as the Scout Master of Troop 232 for several years. He attended the Pascagoula High School. Aubrey worked at Ingalls Shipbuilding until he retired in 1997. After retirement he and his wife, Jane, toured the United States. They spent most of their time involved in mission work. He was a member of Michael Memorial Baptist Church.
Aubrey was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Aggie Irwin; and his brother, Harold Irwin Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Dukes Irwin; a daughter, Debora Irwin Morey and her husband, Scott of Jacksonville, North Carolina; a son, David Dukes Irwin and his wife, Tracy Ladner Irwin of Gulfport, Mississippi; four grandchildren, Chandler Morey, Maddison Morey, Emily Necaise (Chase Spiers), and Baron Necaise.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial gift may be made to the Michael Memorial Baptist Church, 15053 John Clark Road, Gulfport, MS 39503.
Aubrey will be cremated and his ashes placed in the Serene Memorial Gardens in Moss Point, MS. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport with a visitation for family and friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. The Reverend Tony Karnes, Pastor of Michael Memorial Baptist Church will be officiating the service.
