Arthur "Art" Lynn Adams

Arthur “Art” Lynn Adams, 82 of Gulfport, MS passed away February 16, 2024.   He was born on June 27, 1941 in Wyandotte, Michigan to the late Arthur Nash Adams & Maida St. Louis.  Art is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Albert St. Louis & Delma Belisse St. Louis; uncle, Clem “Bud” St. Louis, and brother, Michael Dylewski.

Art joined the Army at an early age at 17.  He was a Vietnam Veteran who served two tours and recipient of the Purple Heart.  Art stayed in the Army and served 20 years as a linguist and radio communications.  He was a fluent in over 7 different languages.  Art enjoyed meeting new people and always had a story to tell or joke to tell.  His personality could fill a room along with his laughter.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Art is survived by a host of family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
