Anna Griffiths

Anna Marie Griffiths, age 36, of Long Beach, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, in Gulfport.

Anna was preceded in death by her father, John Lewis Lyles Evins; her maternal grandfather, Rev. Joseph W. Morse; her maternal grandmother, Dorothy P. Morse; and her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Benton Evins Demoran.

She is survived by her husband of four years, Stuart Griffiths; her mother, Lisa Shumpert; her children, Mia Alexis Paige Harlow and Eli James Evins; her siblings, Apryl Evins, Ashley Morales (Licho); and her nephews, Ranzy Evin Morrow, John Morgan Evins, and Dalton Lee McGee.

Born in Pontotoc, MS, Anna made her home in Long Beach and worked as a dental assistant for the Verrett Dental Center in Gulfport. She loved music and working in the community. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Long Beach.

Anna always reminded her family and friends to be deliberate in every relationship.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, Long Beach. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service.

The family prefers donations be made to the charity of your choice.
