Angela Kim Starr Matheny, born February 28, 1961, died on Friday, May 31, 2013, in
Gulfport after a long illness.
Mrs. Matheny lived most of her life in Gulfport. She attended Gulfport High School, Gulf Coast Community College and Chris' Beauty College.
Mrs. Matheny and her husband owned a housekeeping business for the past fifteen years.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Matheny; her daughter, Molly; her brothers, James and Billy Starr; her father, Bill Starr (Darlene); her mother, Jeanette Starr; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. James Broome; and her mother-in-law, Dorothy Matheny.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, William and Bobette Starr; her maternal grandfather, James Broome; and her father-in-law, Marvin Matheny.
The family will have a Memorial Gathering at 2824 - 50th Avenue, Gulfport, on Saturday, June 8th, from 12:00-4:00 PM.
