Andrea Yeager, age 70, passed away January 17, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Allen Yeager Jr.; and her parents, Jerry and Billie Wheaton.
Andrea is survived by her daughter, Elyssa Yeager; and her granddaughter, Lillian Yeager.
She was a native of Baytown, TX and a current resident of Gulfport, MS. Andrea received a bachelor’s in journalism and retired after working 30 years for the Sun Herald as Editor in Chief. She enjoyed anything that involved food. Andrea was a member of the Bridge Community Church and did many things such as hosting, childcare, and teaching.
A visitation will be held 4:00-6:00 pm, Thursday, January 20, 2022, at the Bridge Community Church and a memorial service will follow.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Bridge Community Church, for Bethesda Home for Boys in Balfate, Honduras.
