AMH1 Kenneth Robert Christensen, 74, of Victoria, Texas, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 in Pass Christian, Mississippi.
Kenneth served in the U.S. Navy and retired in 1980. He became a long distance truck driver retiring in 2003. He loved both jobs as his time in both grew towards retirement. Kenneth trained many drivers to love the open road and saw many sights.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Gayle A. Allen; 7 siblings, Leonard Christensen, Leon Christensen, Boyd Christensen, ENCS Christopher O'Shields, Sr., Christine Crosby, Darlene Carpenter and TSgt Tina O'Shields; 7 children, Patricia Ekstrum, Pam Mehrtens, Evaline Braswell, Cynthia Christensen, Clifford Christensen, Clive Christensen and Jonathon Morgan; and 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian, MS served the family and online tributes may be offered at www.riemannfamily.com
