Alvin V. Skinner, Sr, age 75, of Gulfport, passed away on October 7, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, a brother, and a daughter.
He is survived by his children, Tammy James (Karl), Cheryl Skinner Holman (Chris), and Alvin V. Skinner, Jr, all of Pass Christian; 7 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
He served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 8 years and was a tile installer for many years.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from Noon until 2:00 PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:30 PM at Biloxi National Cemetery.
