Alice Skeen Brown, 89, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Born on July 18, 1936, Alice was the daughter of Clarence Anderson Skeen and Novel Isabel Skeen. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved sister, Alma Skeen Shrock.

Alice will be remembered for her strong spirit, her warmth, and her deep love for her family. She had a special way of making those around her feel cared for and welcomed, and she found great joy in spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

She is survived by her children, Bill Haden and Sharron Cunningham; her grandchildren, Justin Valentine (Tiffanie), Kyle Haden (Morgan), and Heath Cunningham; and her great-grandchildren, Brynlee, Ainsleigh, Anderson, Sophia, Liam, and Blair. She is also survived by her nephew, Tommy Shrock (Terri), and her great-nieces, Courtney, Megan, and Macey.

Alice will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her memory will live on in the lives she touched.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Red Cross or to a disaster relief organization of your choice.
