It is with unimaginable sorrow that we announce the passing of our precious son, Alexander Russell Lee "Alex" Collier, who passed away at home in Long Beach, Mississippi, on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at just 3 months old.

Though his time on earth was far too brief, Alex filled every day with a lifetime of love. His sweet smile, bright eyes, and gentle spirit brought immeasurable joy to everyone who had the blessing of knowing him. He loved listening to music, being held and showered with affection, and spending time with his big sister. Every cuddle, coo, and smile became a treasured memory that his family will carry in their hearts forever.

Alex was born in Mississippi and was a resident of Long Beach. He is survived by his loving parents, Rachel Collier, and Devon Collier; his devoted big sister, Arielle Collier; his paternal grandparents, Brandy Collier and Charles Collier; his maternal grandmother, Jessica Armstrong; his maternal great-great-grandmother, Wanda Berthelot; his maternal great-grandmother, Vicki Naulty; and his maternal great-grandfather, Douglas Naulty.

He is also lovingly remembered by his maternal aunt (godmother), Whitney Landrum; his paternal uncles (Godfather) Dameon Collier (Emily Collier), Robert Crabtree, and TJ Rowell; his paternal aunt, Memorie Collier; his maternal uncle, Winton (Tre) Landrum; and his maternal great-uncle, Andrew Overal (Meagan Overal), along with many other family members who cherished him dearly.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the love, prayers, and support they have received during this incredibly difficult time.

Alex touched the hearts of everyone around him. His smile and happiness brought endless joy to his family during his short but beautiful life. All he ever knew was love, laughter, and happiness, and his family is forever grateful for every precious moment they shared with him. Though his time here was brief, the love he gave and received will remain in their hearts forever.

Forever loved, forever missed, forever our precious little boy.
