Albert Alexander Wicktom, Jr, age 71, of the Fenton Community, passed away on August 29, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Alexander Wicktom, Sr. and Dorothy Cuendet Wicktom.
Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Sandra K. Wicktom, 2 sons, Lt Col James Troy (Holly) Wicktom, USAF, Ret., and Barry Lee (Stacy) Wicktom, 5 grandchildren, Foster, Ethan, Meredith, Lillian, and Adam Wicktom, his siblings, Felicia Ann Mauffray, James Roy Wicktom, and Carol Elaine Faul, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Mr. Wicktom was a lifelong resident of the Fenton Community and he served in the U. S. Coast Guard during the Vietnam War. He retired as the Deputy Executive Director of the MS Regional Housing Authority VIII. Mr. Wicktom enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was an avid Ole Miss fan.
Visitation will be on Thursday, September 1, 2016, from 9 - 11 am at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Road, Pass Christian, MS. The funeral service will be at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery @ Rotten Bayou.
