Albert J. Warden

Albert James Warden, Sr, age 78, of Poplarville, passed away on August 13, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Warden, 2 daughters, Pamela Hoppes and Peggy Warden, his parents, Earl and Ruby Warden, and a sister, Peggy Brock.
Survivors include his son, Jimmy (Jennifer) Warden, a daughter, Rebecca Warden, 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
He was an ordained minister in the Missionary Baptist Association and served as a reserve police officer with the Long Beach Police Department. He retired as a truck driver and he enjoyed fishing and wood working.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016, at 10 am at Red Hill Baptist Church, 22 Stone County Rd., Poplarville, MS 39470
