Albert Leroy Kinworthy, Sr., age 88 of Gulfport, MS passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty J. Kinworthy; parents, Dan and Myrtle Kinworthy; siblings, Bob, Bill, Dan Jr., Pat, Eugene, Mildred, and Geneva.
Al is survived by his children, Albert L. Kinworthy, Jr. (Linda), Vickie K. McKnight (James), James E. Kinworthy Sr., and Karl E. Kinworthy; grandchildren, James E. Kinworthy, Jr., Crissy Bengochea (Ricardo), Jimmy McKnight, Heather McKnight, Kyle Kinworthy, Linda Bristow (Chris), and Rocky Marsero (Dawn); sister, Selma Lucas (Amos).
He is a native of Brownstown, Indiana and retired as a MSGT from United States Air Force after 26 years of service. Al was a member of the Elks Lodge, Moose Lodge, and American Legion.
Al loved fishing, hunting, was an avid collector, and loved to play fast pitch softball.
