Al "Doc" Hoskins, age 68, of Gulfport, passed away on March 15, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Flo Hoskins.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Hoskins; 1 daughter, Kem (Greg) Osburn; 2 grandchildren, Tyler and Caden Osburn; a sister, Melody Kibler (Hal); a niece, Angel Kibler-Middleton (Duke); a nephew, Chris Kibler; and other relatives and friends.
Mr. Hoskins retired as a school teacher and athletic trainer at Harrison Central High School after 28 years and he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Saturday, March 18, 2018, from 9:30 - 11 am at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will be at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Finley Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff's at Ochsner Hospital, Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, Tulane Hospital, Fresenius Medical Care, Kare-in-Home Health Care, and the American Heart Association for their years of care and concern. Memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association or the American Kidney Foundation.
