Aily """"Al"""" Joseph Ledet, Jr., age 61 of Franklinton, LA, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2007 in Slidell, LA from natural causes.
Mr. Ledet was a native of New Orleans, LA and was a retired senior electrician for Entergy. He served in the US Navy aboard the USS America and was a Eucharistic Minister and Boy Scout Leader of Troop 316 for St. Peter's Catholic Church in Reserve, LA. He was also a member of the St. Tammany Sam's Camping Club.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Phyllis Biondolino Ledet; his two sons, Aily Joseph Ledet, III and his wife Joanne and Philip John Ledet and his wife Pepper; his sister, Barbara Keller; his brother-in-law, Jerry Keller; his three nieces, Mary Anna Cook, Wendy Ingram and Susannah Brewer; his three great nephews, Dathan, Holden, and Alexander and one great niece, Bethany.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2007 from 6-10pm at the Riemann family's GULF COAST FUNERAL HOME, Kiln-DeLisle Road Chapel.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 12, 2007 at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Logtown Cemetery in Pearlington.
