Agnes Ruth White, a cherished matriarch and beloved member of her family, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on June 5, 1946, Agnes lived a life filled with strength, love, and resilience, leaving behind a remarkable legacy that will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

A retired professional, Agnes was known not only for her career achievements but more importantly for being the heart of her family. Her unwavering love and warmth touched each person she met. Agnes embodied compassion, courage, and grace, live qualities that resonated deeply with her family and friends. Although her physical presence will be sorely missed, the love and lessons she imparted will forever echo in the hearts of her loved ones.

Her devoted husband of 54 years, David Reese White, stands among her surviving family. Agnes is also mourned by her children, Tim Cline (Cathie), Lori Trochessett, Tia Helcl (Larry), and Dane White, each of whom carry forward her spirit in their lives. She leaves behind a legacy of grandchildren: Ashley Vaughn (Brodie), Brittney Boyd (Chris Shattuck), Jonathon Cline, Hunter Cline, Nicole Cline, Brook Tuck, Brayson Tuck, Rayla Gallegos, and Cody Helcl; as well as great-grandchildren Madison Dunnam, Blayne Dunnam, Landyn Dixon, Maddox Dixon, Braxton Dixon, Thayer Waltman, and Ryder Waltman. Furthermore, her great-great-grandchildren, Paisleigh, Baylor, Sawyer, Shiloh, Olivia, and Ava, add to the tapestry of her vibrant family.

Agnes was predeceased by her mother, Agnes Zola Mae Harper; her father, Earnest Clyde Harper; her brother, Jimmy Earvin Roberts; her great-grandson, Kayson Tuck; her nephew, Jimmy Roberds, Jr.; and her great nephew, Erick McKneely.

Notably, she is also survived by her sisters, Betty Grice and Dian Schexnayder, as well as a network of nieces, including Kimberly McClung, Katherine Grice Goodwin, Raiko Bowman, Tamela Prince, Tonia Roberds-Beasley, and Teresa Roberds.

The family is comforted by memories of Agnes's guiding presence and the profound impact she made in their lives, encapsulated in her belief as reflected in 2 Timothy 4:7, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” Additionally, Psalm 23:1-4 serves as a testament to her unwavering spirit, an assurance that she continues to watch over them, guiding them through every valley.

Agnes Ruth White's remarkable journey through life will be celebrated for years to come, as her compassion and love continue to inspire her family to carry forward her legacy.
