Agnes Marie Seal

Agnes Marie Seal, age 100, of Long Beach, Mississippi passed away on May 26, 2026 at St. Joseph’s Hospice Carpenter House in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Agnes was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and after meeting Charles J. Seal, World War II Veteran, she later moved to Long Beach, Mississippi.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Maria Agnes De Blasi, who were immigrants from Sicily; five sisters and six brothers. Also preceded in death by Charles J. Seal (husband), youngest son Joseph G. Seal, and great grandson Michael Anderson.

Agnes is survived by four children, Donna Seal Kostelnik, Barbara Ann De Blasi, Mary Susan Goff and Charles T. Seal (Debra); nine grandchildren, Rendon Slade, Jennifer Hough (Daniel), Clint Seal (Chelsea), Aaron J. Seal (Elizabeth), Chelsey Nobles, Brandon Seal (Katie), Ashleigh Anderson, Zach Seal (Cydnee) and Gracie Babin (Brock), nineteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and many loving extended family members and friends. She was a very kind and loving lady.

In addition to being a part-time sales clerk, she prioritized being a loving mother. Agnes also volunteered for over 20 years at the Long Beach Food Pantry, enjoying the help she could provide to others.

Agnes Marie was a talented chef and baker. She believed in a healthy lifestyle and exercised daily. Agnes was an accomplished pianist and loved music, song, and dance. She passed that legacy to all of her family; but, her greatest legacy of all was her love for Jesus Christ and her Catholic faith.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 10 – 11 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 720 E Beach Blvd, Long Beach. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am in the church. Interment will be in Long Beach City Cemetery.
