David Marcus Ladner

David Marcus Ladner, age 52, of Long Beach, died November 23, 2011 in Gulfport.
He was born July 22, 1959 at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, and later graduated from Long Beach High School in 1977. He attended MS Gulf Coast Community College, Perkinston, on a basketball scholarship. He was a member of IBEW Local 903 and was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Ladner, maternal grandparents, Olease and Mabel Depreo, and paternal grandparents, Frank and Agnes Ladner.
He is survived by his mother, Yvonne Ladner, Long Beach, his sisters, Melanie (Earl) Smith, Hurley, and Linda Lucas, Mobile, AL, a brother, Steve (Cheri) Ladner, Diamondhead, 4 nieces, 5 nephews, 1 great-niece, 1 great-nephew, and many friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 26, 2011, from 12 - 2 pm at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 720 East Beach Blvd., Long Beach. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 pm in the church.
Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery @ Rotten Bayou.
