Ricky J Hecker

Ricky J. Hecker, age 47, of Gulfport, passed away on September 27, 2013 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Hecker, Jr and Gwendolyn Hecker; and a son, Justin Walgren.
He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Deena Hecker of Gulfport; a son, Nicholas Walgren (Peggy) of Long Beach; two brothers, Rodney Hecker of Gulfport and Ronald Hecker of Sidney, NE; three grandchildren, Justin, George, and Ricky Walgren; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard, having served 8 years. He was a loving husband, father, and friend. He was full of laughter that was always contagious to others.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home chapel.
