Philip Pearcey

Philip A. Pearcey, age 77, went home to be with the Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 27, 2017, at his home in Gulfport, MS.
Phil was loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed by all. He served seven years in the U.S. Army and Marine Corps. He was an avid bass fisherman and loved being outside. He was a member of Faithview Baptist Church, and he was always looking for someone to help.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie Pearcey; his parents, L.M. and Ollie Pearcey; four sisters, and one brother. Survivors include his loving wife, Rosa Lee Pearcey; a son, Kelly (Sharon) Pearcey; stepdaughter, Constance (Glen) Martinelli; stepson, Gregory Sauls; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Monday, July 31, 2017, from 4 - 5 pm at Faithview Baptist Church, 24073 Church Ave., Saucier, MS. A memorial service will be at 5 pm in the church. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faithview Baptist Church.
