Jeremy Nilges

Jeremy Ryan Nilges, age 28, of Gulfport passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin John Nilges; and his infant son, Kayden John Nilges.
Jeremy is survived by his mother, Tina Marie Nilges of Saucier; his son, Jonah Colten Nilges of Woolmarket; his siblings, Brandon John Nilges, and his twin brother, Christopher Reed Nilges; his uncle, Steven (Terry) Nilges; his only surviving grandparent, Carol Mickel; and other aunts and uncles.
Jeremy loved being outside, gardening, cooking out, fishing, four wheeler riding, etc. He was happiest when he was with family and friends and could always be counted on if someone was in need. He was generous to a fault. Those who knew him best knew that beneath that tough exterior was a wounded giant and gentle spirt. He was self-employed as a landscape contractor and miscellaneous home repairs. Jeremy tried to rebuild his life and family and those who knew him, knew he tried. He will be remembered for his love of family and friends.
