Frank Leroy Mares

Frank Leroy Mares went to his heavenly home unexpectedly in D'Iberville, MS on February 7, 2016 at the age of 40.
Frankie, as he was lovingly known, is survived by his mother, Annette Mares, of Biloxi, MS, his daughter, Chelsey Mares of Vancleave, MS, Sophie Mares, Sisters, Melba Patterson, Carla Holley (Doyce), Bernadette Mares (Hal Miller), Joyce Archuleta (Anthony), Debbie Guevin (Dan) and brother Richard Mares and numerous nieces, nephews and numerous family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Mares Sr., his brother Gilbert Mares Jr., a nephew, Michael Drieling, sister Carol Mares and brother-in-law Tommy Patterson.
Frankie was born on June 5, 1975, in Raton, New Mexico to Gilbert and Annette Mares. He loved driving the ""Big Rigs"" and spent many years pursuing that passion. He was fortunate to work for one of his best friends, Brian & Ann Ladnier, with A & B towing. He especially loved hanging out with all his friends and family. He enjoyed riding around in the country, bowling and fishing. He always had a way with making people laugh. His smile was contagious. His greatest joy was his daughter, Chelsey, who was his world.
Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2016, from 5 - 6 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, corner of Lemoyne Blvd. and Washington Ave. A memorial service will be at 6 pm in the funeral home chapel.
