Anthony Parratore

Anthony Parratore of Gulfport, passed on from our loving arms to God's on Friday October 24 2014, at home after a long period of illness and hospitalization.
Anthony and his wife operated and owned MP Fine Foods Grocery/Deli in the heart of Chicago, IL early in life, before owning his own catering business, Michael's Catering Business also in Chicago. He was a 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus- Lafette Council in Chicago.
Anthony spent his life as a devoted Catholic dedicated to this faith! He loves the warmth and strength of his family, he loved togetherness, sharing big Sunday Italian dinners, telling a good old time story while teaching faith, family values, patience and peacefulness.
He was preceded in death his father and mother, Jasper & Marie Parratore and his son, Michael A. Parratore.
He will be sorely missed by his surviving wife of 60 years, Dolores M. O'Connor Parratore; his daughter-in-law, Rhoda Parratore; his grandchildren, Lisa & Daryl Richmond, Christopher (Gina) Parratore, Adrianna (Kenny) Smith, Robert (Gina) Maida, Jason (Amanda) Poreda, Brandi (Michael) Blaesing and his eleven great-grandchildren, David, Cameron, Chelsea, Kayden, Joey, Elexa, Ethan, Everit, Brent, Gerek, and Clara.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at 11am at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Biloxi, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery in Gulfport.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi, served the family.
